Characterization of Annexin II Variants with GFP Tagging in Cellular Environments

This study explores the behavior of GFP-tagged Annexin II variants, including wild-type (GFP-WT) and nuclear export signal (GFP-NES) mutants within cellular environments (CE) and nuclear environments (NE). We examine the localization and functionality of each variant in different conditions, assessing their impact on cellular processes. Our findings highlight the role of Annexin II in cellular dynamics, supported by extensive fluorescence imaging and molecular analysis.
