Tibet. Tibet se z velké části rozkládá na tibetské plošině dosahuje výšky až 4900 m.n.m. Historický Tibet se skládal ze tří provincií: Amdo, Kham a U-Cang. K Tibetu se nekdz po čítá tak y Bhútán. A území v severní Indii Ladak,Sikkim a severní část.
