Comparative Analysis of Gene Expression and Metabolic Activity in Neuroblastoma Cell Lines

This study investigates the relative expression ratios of various genes in neuroblastoma cell lines, DAOY, D458, and Med8A, under conditions of stable overexpression and transient knockdown. Supplementary figures showcase the expression changes in response to pCMX and siCtrl treatments, as well as the metabolic activity measured over several days. The analysis includes specific miRNA subgroups (miR-96, miR-182, miR-183) and evaluates significant differences in metabolic activity. These findings contribute to understanding the mechanisms underlying neuroblastoma pathophysiology.
