Antitrust Admonition ANTITRUST ADMONITION ERCOT strictly prohibits Market Participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws. The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, Subcommittees and Working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each Market Participant attending ERCOT meetings. If you have not received a copy of these Guidelines, copies are available at the Client Relations desk. Please remember your ongoing obligation to comply with all applicable laws, including the antitrust laws. http://nodal.ercot.com 3

Submission Window for Week of 12/17/07 • Activities for Week of 12/17/07 • Submit the following during the 12:00 – 4:00pm submission window: • COP for next trade date • TPO for next trade date • Output Schedule (open to all resources) • INC/DEC (DSR resources only) • Submit RT COP adjustments during business hours • Submit RT OS adjustments during business hours • MP 2 Hour Offer Curve Testing • 2 hour testing windows as scheduled on readiness center • Submissions for trade dates 12/24/07 – 01/02/08 will Not be Tracked • During this period, submissions are not required, but optional • Please ensure that all submission requirements resume for trade date 01/03/07. http://nodal.ercot.com 4

Updates / Questions / Reminders • 2 Hour MP Offer Curve Testing • Resume Testing Monday 12/17 • Schedule Posted to Readiness Center:http://nodal.ercot.com/readiness/eds3/documents/index.html • Combined Cycle Resources – Additional Issue • There continues to be an issue in EMS causing all base points for CC resources to be 0 • At this time CC Resources will not benefit from the 2 hour testing. • A fix for this has been identified and teams are working to get this fix in early this week. • A Market Notice will be distributed once fix is in place • Open Three Part Offer Testing Will be Discussed on the Next Market Call 1/07/08 http://nodal.ercot.com 5
