  3. Where are we at Texas Nodal Program Update

How do we get back on schedule • After Development is completed start two parallel efforts • Internal Testing (INT) • Basic functional validation in EDS (EDS) • As defects are found by internal testing and corrected they will be migrated to EDS • After Internal testing is completed, issues submitted by MPs will be reconciled with results from internal testing and acted upon • We have support from three QSEs to take the first support windows Texas Nodal Program Update

Summary of EDS 3 Release 5 SCED Timeline • EDS 3 Release 5 SCED will start on 8/24 • ERCOT is hosting a Kick-off WebEx on 8/1 to review the details • Quality of the software will be non-production grade until internal testing is completed • Issue reported by MPs will be handled after INT testing is complete Texas Nodal Program Update

  6. EDS 3 Release 5 (SCED) Timeline • The EDS team has developed a number of scenarios based on MP input • Working with MMS team to compare FAT Scenarios vs the EDS Scenarios • Will communicate results to TPTF Texas Nodal Program Update
