This study examines the relative mRNA expression levels of significant inflammatory markers and extracellular matrix proteins, including NLRP-3, IL-1β, ASC, TNF-α, TIMP-1, and MMP-9, in wild-type and Atp7b-/- mice. Utilizing various age groups, we analyzed gene expression patterns relative to β-actin as a reference. Our findings highlight the role of TNF-R1 and α-SMA in regulating inflammatory responses and tissue remodeling in the context of metabolic dysfunction. This comprehensive analysis serves to further elucidate the molecular pathways involved in inflammation and tissue repair.
