I Wish… Poems. I Wish poems need to be realistic and actual wishes that you would want, not fluffy things like, “I wish I had a million dollars” or “I wish I had a red Porsche sitting in my driveway when I get home.” You need to have a minimum of 10 lines, all beginning with “I wish.”

I Wish poems need to be realistic and actual wishes that you would want, not fluffy things like, “I wish I had a million dollars” or “I wish I had a red Porsche sitting in my driveway when I get home.” You need to have a minimum of 10 lines, all beginning with “I wish.” You will only be allowed 1 line that is fluffy, but all the rest need to be realistic and things that can be accomplished.

  4. Color Poems

Color poems really delve into your emotions and how you feel about different colors.Have fun with this and choose at least 10 colors that cause you to emote certain emotions.Then, begin with the color name and tell the emotion it causes attached to an action.See the next slide to see examples.

  6. Aqua is me relaxing and reading a book on a beach on a private island, away from all the stresses of the world. What emotion does “aqua” cause? What action is attached to that color and emotion? Red is my blood pressure rising at my brother when he can’t make up his mind about coming to visit our mother or not. What emotion does “red” cause? What action is attached to that color and emotion?
