Effects of IL-4 and TNFα on Growth Inhibition in RCC Cell Lines

This supplementary figure illustrates the growth inhibition experienced by renal cell carcinoma (RCC) cell lines treated with IL-4 and the combination of IL-4 and TNFα. The study involved seeding equal numbers of cells into wells, followed by detachment and counting using trypan blue exclusion at the end of a 72-hour culture period. The data presented combines results from three separate experiments, providing insights into the potential therapeutic effects of these cytokines on RCC cells.
