This study investigates the function of GRP78 in Huh-7 cells under different interferon (IFN) treatments with and without Doxorubicin (Dox). Key findings reveal variations in the expression levels of GRP78 and related stress response markers like GADD153 and ATF6. The analysis includes promoter activity assessments, fold changes over various days, and statistical evaluations indicating significant differences (p<0.0005). Supplementary figures illustrate the experimental data, confirming the correlation between GRP78 regulation and IFN signaling pathways.
