Indicator (s) • Identify the vocabulary of the text • Identify the verb of the text • Find the detail information of the text • Find the main idea of the text

  4. F. Instructional Materials: Short Functional text : Announcement ANNOUNCEMENT Each student of grade 7 has to bring one plant, Adenium . Please submit it at Green House by June 29th 2011. For further information contact Mrs. Maya, the Biology teacher The Biology Teacher

Introduction • Brainstorming on greeting and personal introduction • Introducing instructional objectives (basic competences) to learn 2. Main Activities EXPLORATION • The class is divided into six groups of four students • Each group gets an Announcement ELABORATION • The group discuss followed by some questions, such as : • Identify the vocabulary of the text • Identify the verb of the text • Read the text aloud • Answering questions about the text CONFIRMATION • Each group present their result discussion
