Impact of Cytokines on Luciferase Expression in IκBζ mRNA Regulation

This study investigates the effects of various cytokines (IL-1, IL-17, TNF) on the luciferase coding sequence and its associated mRNA levels, specifically focusing on the IκBζ 3' UTR and TSE elements. Using luciferase assays, we analyze fold changes in luciferase expression in response to these stimuli. Additionally, we explore the role of KSRP and MCPIP1 in regulating IκBζ mRNA, with comparative analysis against α-tubulin and GAPDH as controls. Results highlight key regulatory dynamics in mRNA stabilization and translation.
