  2. In Spanish adjectives usually have 2 forms. What are they? • Masculine form and a feminine form. • Masculine words usually end in … • O • Feminine words usually end in … • A

  3. Masculine adjectives Used to describe masculine nouns. Marcos esordenado y estudioso. Marcos is organized and studious.

  4. Feminine adjectives Used to describe feminine nouns. Maria esordenada y estudiosa. Maria is organized and studious.

  5. Adjectives that end in “e” Used for both masculine and feminine nouns. They don’t show gender. Ana esinteligente. Pablo esinteligente.

  6. Adjectives that end in “dor” Adjectives like “trabajador” (hard working) that end in “dor” have a special feminine form. The ending changes to “dora” when describing a female. Enrique estrabajador. Elena estrabajadora.

  7. Weird adjectives that end in “a” Some adjectives that end in “a” are used for men and women. I know this might be confusing since it breaks the rule, but you are just going to have to memorize these words. The word “deportista” which means “sports minded” is the only one in the chapter

  8. Word order: Placement of adjectives. Your sentences should be arranged in the following ways. Subject + verb + article + noun + adjective Maria + es + una + amiga + buena. Pedro + es + un + estudiante + organizado.
