    2. The Blitz The blitz was a sustained bombing of the United kingdom and the Germany Nazis Between the 7th of September 1940 and the 16th of may 1941. Where the evacuees were sent to the countryside and were given a rationing book and were given a limited supply of food.

    3. Evacuees What was evacuation? At the start of the Second World War, many children living in big cities and towns were moved temporarily from their homes to places considered safer, usually out in the countryside. Who was evacuated? Schoolchildren, their teachers, mothers with children under five, pregnant women, and some disabled people from the cities and big towns.

    4. Countries involved. On the Germans side there were nine countries including Germany and Italy, Japan,Finland,Hungary,Romania,Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovakia. On the Britain's side there were fifteen countries including Britain and United states, Soviet Union,France,Canada,Australia,China, Poland,Greece,Netherlands,Belgium, Czechoslovakia,Luxemburg,Norway and Yugoslavia.

    5. Rationing Rationing were when food was limited. Children and adults had a small rationing book similar to this>>> Many foods were rationed like for example :spam and eggs, tea, coffee, meat, sugar and biscuits Rationing works like this they get a coupon and they give it to shop owners and get a limited supplies of food.

    6. Adolf Hitler Hitler was born on 20th April 1889 in Braunau on the German border. Hitler was Germany's Chancellor, he started to be a very greedy man. He wanted to rule the countries including England, Poland, France and many more. Hitler died in April 20th 1945.

    7. Winston Churchill Winston Churchill the son of Randolph Churchill, a consecutive politician was born in Blenheim place , Woodstock on the 30th of November 1874. his mother Jennie Jerome Was the daughter of Leonard Jerome, a new York business man.
