This study investigates the uptake dynamics of arsenite (As(III)) in membrane proteins, analyzing various concentrations and time points using fluorescence techniques. Figures illustrate the percentage of fluorescence over time and the uptake of As(III) measured in nanomoles per milligram of membrane protein. The data, including time-dependent changes, reflects the efficiency of arsenite absorption, providing insight into the underlying mechanisms of arsenic incorporation in biological systems. Detailed graphical representations enhance the understanding of uptake kinetics.
