This study presents detailed analysis of NRF expression vectors, including pLexA-p65 and pRL-Tk. Using bioluminescence assays, we investigate various peptide sequences related to NRF binding. Figures denote binding interactions, peptide lengths, and specific sequences exhibiting transcriptional activity. The findings deepen the understanding of NRF function in gene regulation, providing insights into peptide interactions and their implications in transcriptional control mechanisms.
