Impact of Insulin and IBMX on Cell Staining at Various Time Points Using Light Microscopy

This study evaluates the effects of insulin and IBMX on cell viability and staining characteristics over 15 and 25 days. Light microscopy was utilized for visualizing morphological changes, with Alizarin and Oil Red O staining employed to assess calcium deposition and lipid accumulation, respectively. The experiments were conducted in serum-free conditions supplemented with 10% FBS. Results highlight the distinct influences of various treatment combinations (e.g., dexamethasone, IBMX) on cellular behavior and differentiation in vitro.
